Insects are vital to our ecosystem. That’s why you protect them. Who will protect the most and do it the fastest? Add an insect of your choice to the corresponding species and then protect it with your stones. The twist: The insects are always under different protection... and this sparks a friendly competition among you. Who will you protect first? The ladybugs, ants, or perhaps the praying mantis? Nine different species of insects offer you plenty of strategic options.

How to play ?

1. Add an insect to the corresponding species.
2. Protect it with your stones.
3. The player who last protected that species gets their stones back.

About the authors 

This game was created by two experienced game designers. Christoph Cantzler from Hamburg specialises in games of skill, communication and knowledge. Anja Wrede lives in Berlin. She loves to keep an eye on the little ones when developing games. She combines playful elements with learning content.
The game designers have already published more than 50 games together.

About the illustrator 

Lisa Voisard is a graphic designer and illustrator from Lausanne. Her illustrations are fresh, graphic and colorful. A lover of nature, she likes to draw inspiration from animals and plants, which are the subject of her other books published by Helvetiq, Ornithorama, Arborama and Insectorama.
