Marina Kienast et Tania Brasseur
Marina Kienast Gobet daughter of a Swiss father and a Hungarian mother, was born in São Paulo, Brazil. She trained in Paris at the Lenôtre and Le Cordon Bleu schools. She then worked with French chef Joël Robuchon's Bon Appétit Bien Sûr programme. In 2017, she published her first cookbook with Helvetiq: Ovo Book: Le livre gourmand. She lives near Vevey with her husband and daughter.
Tania Brasseur has Belgian, Greek, German, French and Swiss roots. As a Doctor of Humanities, she loves not only food but also language and has already dedicated a book to both topics, La Gourmandise de Colette, published by L'Harmattan. As a member of the Culinary Heritage of Switzerland, she works alongside her work as a translator and editor for Slow Food CH. She lives in Lausanne with her husband and two children.
